This shop was highly recommended, and I can now see why. Justin was nothing but courteous, respectful, and honest every step of the way. Not to mention the timely email updates and responses. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten actual responses from emailing a shop before. Right away I appreciated the attention to detail in the way Justin explained every step of my repair process (in my case, an insurance claim but I’m with Allstate and they are a nightmare as is). So more than a review, this is also a personal thank you for taking care of me, my car, and for going above and beyond with managing that very last-minute rental — and the amazing detailing. I won’t lie, it felt like I was getting my car delivered again for the first time (and it’s 7 years old at this point). Thank you Justin and team! Excellent repair job done by Prestige collision Repairs. Their service goes above and beyond to best help their clients and their needs! Justin thoroughly explained how the repair process was going to go and what I can expect and was always there to answer any of my questions. The repair itself did not take too long either.
